The Cooperative San Isidro is integrated by about 1242 partners coming from the populations of Castle Locubín and Alcala the Real one mainly. The vigor acquired throughout these years by the Cooperative San Isidro, takes shape, quantitatively, in a capacity of milling of 500,000 kilos to the day and a capacity of storage in the own warehouses of 3.500.000 kilos of oil; qualitatively, the rigorous work of the Cooperative has been seen, mainly, authenticated by most demanding of the juries, the ample acceptance that our product has had in the market.
At present it counts on Modern Facilities, which consist of:
- A Patio of Reception of Olives with five Lines of Limpieza and Pesaje, eight Hoppers of storage, 50,000 kg each. A hopper of residue, a separating pulp-bone, six decanters of Milling, a boiler and a system against fires.
- Deposits Three Oil Warehouses with 27 stainless steel deposits, brightness mirror, with maximum capacity of 1.800.000 kg of oil, that become necessary due to the different varieties from existing olives, and the consequent separations by qualities of oil, essential to realize.
- A phytosanitary product warehouse and installments for partners, a jet from gasohol To and another one of gasohol B for partners of our cooperative. Five rafts of water evaporation coming from the process of olive oil extraction, an own packer, laboratoria for obtaining of greasy yield of olive of our partners, offices and room to generally distribute courses of formation to partners and personnel.


Company offers the total automatization of the production system (Factory, Warehouse, Laboratory), and the complete computerization of the cooperative.
The origin of the S.C.A. San Isidro goes back to 1,954, when a small group of olive-growing decides to be associated to create their own oil mill and to defend better their product. The Cooperative cobra, definitively, naturalization paper with the celebration of the constituent assembly in 1.954. From that date the Cooperative has crossed a long way to completing the integral process directed to the olive oil production, process that includes from the reception of the olive to the bottling and final sale of the oil.
Our oil is the result of a raw material that owns privileged organoleptic qualities for its oil transformation. On this premise of quality a careful task is applied that begins with the classification of taken care of the olive-growing fruit on the part of and the continuous one with the later one in the obtaining of the juice in the oil mill. All a sequence that defines our sign of identity and our commitment of quality with the public.
The obtained virgin oil constitutes a totally natural must that comes from fruits of good quality, possessor of exceptional characteristics of scent, color and flavor, conserving completely its content in vitamins, essential fatty acids and other natural products of great dietetic importance.
