The oil production comes realizing for but of 50 years by means of procedures and processes natural, which does possible to obtain a product of great quality, natural, delicate and exquisite, able to compete with best oils than they exist in the market. At the moment the annual average production is average surroundings to three million and of kg of oil.
In order to carry out its activity, the oil mill counts on the following facilities:
- Five lines of unloading and cleaning-washing of the olive, so that the conditions during the production process are the suitable ones. All the process of cleaning and pesaje totally automated.
- Six solid line continuous lines of trenches of milling that are in charge to crush the olive and to separate by means of centrifugalization the oil of the rest of grazes. The plant has different conductions to the separation from three types of qualities.
- Twenty-seven deposits of storage with a total capacity of 1.800.000 kilos that allow the suitable conservation of the oil until their sale. The temperature stays the year throughout, in margins that cause that the oil conserves its intact organoleptic properties from the first day to its packaging, since is the zone where the oil happens but time and therefore is watched with care that does not lose its excellent qualities.
- Laboratory totally equipped for the analysis accomplishment, and so to be able to exert a quality control of oils and thus to satisfy the requirements with a more and more demanding market.
- Complete plant of packaging, totally equipped that makes an suitable presentation possible of our product to the consumer.
- The Cooperative has a warehouse where the agriculturist finds all the necessary one for the development of his work like installments, phytosanitary products,… It also has own jets of Gasohol “A” and Gasohol “B” to self-supplying of the partners members of a cooperative obtaining an important reduction in the price of the fuel.
- Also owns modern offices, totally computerized, to facilitate the management of the cooperative and to give the best possible service to the partners.
